How long does it take to get my order?

Your order is picked & packed within 48 hours and sent out with delivery partners we trust, so it reaches you safely. 📦
🌎 North America: US 6–10 business days (expedited 5–8), Canada 8–12
🌏 Oceania: Australia / New Zealand 10–12
🌍 Europe: UK 5–8 (expedited 3–5), most EU 6–10, some 7–12
🌏 Asia: SG / MY 3–6, JP / TH / VN / PH 5–8, HK / TW 3–4

How much is shipping?
+Shipping is free and fast worldwide.
I just placed an order and I need to change it.
+Should you need to modify an order you have just placed on our website, write to glowrightlighting@gmail.com right away describing the changes.
Orders usually take 1 business day to be processed, so if you reach us before yours is processed we may still be able to adjust it.
We always do our very best to accommodate such requests, but once the order is being processed at our Fulfillment centers changes are no longer possible, and we cannot change the address or re-route them once they are shipped.
Returns
What is the GlowRight return policy?
+If for any reason the product does not satisfy you, send it back for a full refund within 30 days counting from your delivery.
To qualify for a return, the products need to be clean and undamaged.
What do I do if I need to return something?
+Just write to our friendly customer service team at glowrightlighting@gmail.com and we will send you the instructions to return your items. Easy as that!
When will I receive the refunded money?
+Kindly send us the tracking number of the returned items. Your money is refunded promptly as soon as the returned items reach us. Do note that any shipping costs related to the return are paid by the purchaser, and such costs are nonrefundable.

What information do I need to check out?
+Checking out is super easy, fast, and secure. Fill in your shipping address and your payment method, then place the order!
What forms of payment do you accept?
+The methods accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Venmo, Apple Pay, Afterpay and PayPal.
How do I add a payment method?
+For credit or debit card, you only fill in the card information requested at checkout.
For PayPal, hit the "Pay with PayPal" button at checkout and you will be invited to sign in to your PayPal account. Once signed in, you come back to our store to review and place your order.
